Working as Family Therapists we have adopted into our practices many methodologies and approaches, such as Systemic Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Approach, Internal Family Systems approach, and others. At present, we are working on creating an integrated approach and methodology to Family Therapy and Couples counseling.

As an Educator and Psychologist, I look at what can be done to change the approach to education. In my years I found that it is essential to start early. For parents that would like to be involved, there are options available to start developmental classes together with their children as early as 6 months. Our research and programs as well as methodologies are based on world best practices and on psychological research that I have done for the past 20 years, in one form or another, and take into consideration individual differences of a child ([Psy-to-nomics]).

My dissertational work at Sigmund Freud University, in Vienna, as well as 20 years of research (empirical and experimental), have been dedicated to developing a methodology based on a multiple intelligence approach. The main premise is that we are all born with certain pre-dispositions that develop throughout our life. These inborn intellects or sub-personalities determine not only personality traits, linguistic abilities, and behavioral tendencies but also health risks and lifestyles that we are prone to. The instruments/diagnostic tools work on children as well as adults. I have seen results of this instrument in group work, individual therapy, educational approaches, and in a corporate domain when used as motivation, conflict resolution, team building, and other tools.

Among other things, we are looking to develop many programs, such as programs that deal with longevity and anti-age, after-school programs to complement and provide continuity to our early development program, training programs for not only Professional but also for everyone who would like to get involved or be educated on the given topic.
